PLEASE NOTE:We canont refund items that:
(a) have already been used
(b) are opened or removed from their original packaging.
We also cannot accept returns for computer memory RAM modules that are not faulty and in-ear headphones. If you wish to request a refund, please go the returns section.

The item I ordered does not fit or is not compatible with the camera, phone or host device
It is our priority to help customers choose the correct product for their camera, phone or other host device. We provide product descriptions and details on each product page, as well as other features such as the memory configurator to guide customers in making the correct purchase. However, it is the ultimate responsibility of the customer to make sure that they order the correct item for their purpose. If you have ordered the wrong item but it is still unopened and in brand new condition, you can request an return Authorised Return for a replacement or refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns sent without an authorisation will cannot be processed. |
I would like to cancel my order
If you have already received a dispatch confirmation email, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to cancel an order you have recently placed that is still in processing and has not yet been dispatched. |

I would like to add or remove items from an order I have already placed
We cannot make adjustments to orders that have already been placed. If you wish to add or remove items from your order, you can either:
(a) request to cancel your order first so that you can re-order only the items that you want (provided your order has not already been dispatched)
(b) order your extra items in a second order

How long will it take to deliver my order?
For Free Delivery, you should normally receive your parcel within 2-3 working days of receiveing a dispatch confirmation email.
Please wait for at least 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order before contacting us to chase an order.
