Returns Guidelines
If you would like to return an item you have ordered on GoMemory.co.uk, simply tick the boxes on the lower right-hand side of your order invoice to indicate (a) your reason for return and (b) your preference:

Please Note: we can only accept returns for UNOPENED and UNUSED items, unless the item was genuinely faulty when received.
All returned items must be checked thoroughly using our equipment to verify if they are faulty and therefore eligible for manufacturers warranty claim. Items that show as working and functioning correctly cannot be refunded for or replaced. We can only return these items the the customer at their own expense.
Please first return the incorrect item(s) to our returns address and as soon as we receive your parcel, we will dispatch the correct item(s) to you or issue a refund, as per your request. Please use the address label to stick on the parcel (re-sealed) that you received your order in.
It could take up to 14 days for your returns parcel to reach us.

Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item that you have ordered because you no longer want it, we can accept returns only if:
- The item(s) that you are returning are still in their un-opened packaging
- The item(s) are in a good resell-able condition
If your returned item(s) meet the above criteria, we can offer:
- A full refund
- A credit code for the value of that item
Postal Methods for returning items
For all items or orders under £75 in value, please return by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post only. Any items or order above £75 in value, please send by Special Delivery onlyThe cost for returning correctly-ordered items is the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the item you are returning we sent it in error or the item was damaged on delivery. All returned items should be sent using the original packaging, re-sealed or in equivalent bubble-wrap packaging such as a jiffy bag.
