Returns Guidelines
We can accept returns for items ordered on the gomemory.co.uk website provided that they are sent within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please Note we can only accept returns for UNOPENED and UNUSED items, unless the items were genuinely faulty when received.
Faulty Items
All returned items are checked thoroughly using our equipment to verify if they are faulty and therefore eligible for manufacturers replacement or refund. Items that show as working and functioning correctly cannot be refunded for or replaced. We can will return these items the the customer at their own expense. We recommend you contact our customer support before sending your item in case we can rectify the issue for you first.
How to return your item(s)
Please first contact us with a returns request by indicating all the following information on the contact form:
After we have received your returns request, we will respond within a short period of time and you can then return the incorrect item(s) to our returns address shown below. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will dispatch the correct item(s) to you or issue a refund, as per your initial request. Please use the same parcel (re-sealed) that you received your order in, or another equivalent padded parcel such as a mail lite or jiffy bag.
NOTE: We will not accept returned parcels for refund or replacement without a prior contact for a returns request

- - Please note: It could take up to 28 days for your returns parcel to reach us
Refunds for return postage costs
Postage can be refunded only for returned products that are faulty or had been delivered incorrectly.

Postal Methods for returning items
For all items or orders under £35 in value, please return by Royal Mail First Class Post and make sure to obtain a 'proof-of-postage' slip from your Post Office counter when you send the item(s).
Any items from £35 to £100 in value, please send by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only.
Any items above £100 in value, please send by Royal Mail Special Delivery only.
The cost for returning correctly-ordered items is the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the item you are returning we sent it in error or the item was received damaged/faulty. All returned items should be sent using the original packaging, re-sealed or in equivalent bubble-wrap packaging such as a jiffy bag.
